This Branch is one of the nicest Branches I have ever seen, not only are the staff kind, they always offer to help me, they always are glad to give me some coins as I am a collector and really in general love doing what they are doing! If you are looking for a local branch, come here!!!!

My mother an asian lady in her 70s, has been going to this branch for more then 30 years. Everyone is always been nice and helpful, never had any issue. Today she went and was served by a new staff, he was asian appearance. Never met him before, he made my mother felt like she committed a crime. Questioned her suburb was not matching. Clearly he is not from this area, the suburb got rezoned and she has neighboring suburb as new suburb on her ID. Then he asked about her surname, ID had husbands surname and hers. So two surnames, but on the bank only has one. My mother English isn't very good, it's her fourth language. The server kept drilling her with questions. I don't think this server should be working in the front line serving customers. This is horrible, seeing my mother upset coming home, she just wanted to go for a stroll and get some cash out. Thank you to horrible Asian Server at the branch, hope you felt good making some feel horrible.
