        Very Disappointing customer service! After 6 weeks still did not receive my bank Card! Address is very clear. Every time I have waste my time to stay on a costumers line! Costumer service dont know anything, they cant help you.

        Grossly and chronically understaffed. This branch is known to be busy all the time, yet theres a significant shortage in the number of tellers, hence always causing long delays. Also, inefficient - wrong responses (lack of knowledge) but given confidently.

        Worst customer service. Waited there 45 minutes. Staff working very slowly. After long wait had to come back without being serviced.

      • If you wanna waste your time waiting in the queue, that's place is for you. Service is incredibly slow! The only thing can be received is apologie. Dear manager, improve customer's service or compensate my time waiting in the queue.
