NAB branch

Went there to make a cash deposit and the staff there were basically useless. The woman that served us (Rii I think her name was) just walked around asking other people questions and didnt tell us anything about what she was doing until she had figured it out. The male staff that she asked the questions to was also useless and extremely rude towards her and my partner an I. This place is a joke.

Never in my life have I dealt with such incompetent, rude staff. If you are ever served by someone named Rhys, double check the transaction has been completed correctly. I had to return a second time due to the transaction not processing correctly and was served by a woman named Fran. She was patronising and seemed to lack the basic fundamentals of customer service - be polite and try to help without giving attitude. Finally, the queue. Yes it's expected that you have to wait to be served at a bank. But honestly, the speed at which they operate..... Honestly this whole experience has turned me off using NAB. If you can't trust them with a simple cash deposit, how could you trust them with a home loan?

I came in months ago to have (what should of been) a simple task for the bank to complete. The girl who I delt with was inexperienced in dealing with what I needed done and should have been under direct supervision throughout the process. Due to her lack of training and the consequent mistakes that were made, something that should of been completed months ago is still being dragged on. This is even despite me visiting the branch several times asking them to check and ensure everything was underway. They sent me away telling me everything was fine, taking no accountability for their mistakes. Incredibly disappointing.

Service is very slow, simple burger and chips they takes 40 minutes.
