ANZ Branch Miranda

Hands down the worst bank I have ever dealt with, after taking days off work to sort out a credit card application which has taken over a month they keep wasting my time. Will never be banking with anz and am cancelling the card application

Went in today 26/3 and there was 2 tellers, both extremely rude and didnt have any customer service. Tried depositing a cheque and the only words the lady said was need a signature then just threw the receipt, no hello, no good bye, nothing. One lady after being served walked off rolling her eyes, Another lady in store were also talking to us stating theyre the worse and theyre changing banks. Do not recommend going to Miranda branch.

They have recently cut down their hours and are no longer open on Saturdays. I work a 9-5 and the opening hours of 9:30 - 4 just doesnt cut it Ive come in today on my lunch break (as it is the only time I can come) and waiting in a line of over 10 people and had to leave because my lunch break was ending. Either need more staff or better opening hours.

ANZ, like most banks, insists on closing local branches such as the ones that were at Engadine, Sutherland and Menai, not even leaving an ATM behind to let us, the customers, deposit cash into our bank accounts. Instead they redirect everything to these banks in Miranda and Caringbah and the joke of a "branch" that is Sylvania which is just one bloke behind a desk with a big atm behind him in the middle of the shopping centre. And then ANZ staffs the Miranda branch with 4 people who are all slow and incompetent at their jobs. Not good enough.

Customer service is terrible. There's one guy that's pretty rude, I won't say the name but pretty unprofessional
