        Possibly the rudest people I have ever come across. Phone operator wanted to argue about who and how to close our deceased relatives account...(we have complete power of attorney) Disgraceful.

        Mr (Ryan) Murphy was an outstanding help today at the bank. He helped me set up accounts, and everything else I needed to do quickly and effectively. He gave me the time I needed. Overall, I was very happy with this bank, in particular Mr Murphy. He should be commended on his outstanding ability to solve my issues quickly and effectively.
