Qudos Bank - Miranda Branch

The manager in there is not polite. We came with a banking problem and hoped to receive assistance. She thought we don't understand English and told her staff not to serve us. Just left the problem to us without any solutions. Bad service ever!

Even though Qudos bank has smaller footprint in the banking sector compared to the big 4, however the customer service was received by far much better service than our big 4 bank in Australia. In Sydney they only have 4 branches that makes it accessible a little harder but upon my arrival at the Qudos Bank Miranda, I was greeted by Grant in a welcoming manner and he managed to fulfil all my needs that I was hoping to get it done in a timely manner. The parking is a challenge in this area, otherwise good service and thanks team Qudos bank and Grant

Original Review: Qudos have proven to be an extremely inflexible lender from the moment my mortgage started. Throughout the course of my loan my financial situation has improved significantly and the lender has never been able to accommodate any of the requests that my previous lenders did routinely. Thanks for nothing. Update: Regardless of what was said below, no one bothered to call when I sent in an email with all my details about 2 weeks ago. Go elsewhere!!!!!!
