        The staff I've encountered here recently (say in the last 12 months) have all been friendly and helpful, however the parking situation is atrocious. It's horrendous that this is the only Westpac branch serving a town of 100,000 people and it's virtually impossible to get a park anywhere near the place. I am thinking about changing banks for the sole reason that it's so hard to access this one. If I had time, I'd drive to a branch in another town rather than try to park at this one.

        Disgraceful rude female teller to customer, customers here are treated poorly. Branch manager and some staff should undergo retraining on how to treat customers with respect. Poor service, here the workers are always right and the customer is always wrong according to them. No respect and no consideration. If anybody else has experienced the same please let them know.

        Had a really great experience here! The greeting staff were so lovely, and I had a fantastic experience with Maddy who helped me open an account. She was so friendly and really nice to chat to! I would highly recommend this branch. :)
