NAB branch

I can't thanks enough for NAB branch in Ballarat Centre for helping my family for refinancing our mortgages. Canaan and James have been very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They stayed back after hours trying their best to get our work done. The other staffs in the branches are also very helpful and cheerful. After Covid, some other branches have been closed, it created more pressure for one-of-not-many NAB branches around, so it's understandable if sometimes there are pressure and challenges. However they have been trying really hard and being the best they can. Always very happy with their services. Keep up your good work team. You should proud of yourself. Highly recommended this branch.

Absolutely appalling service. I came in to deposit money I had saved for a long time 30/03/2023. The older lady asked me if my account was flagged or even working which made me feel very uncomfortable as I hardly deposit money and its not her business. I was also $50 off in my count and she reacted in a very rude way. I told her I had saved the money and she laughed at me and rolled her eyes. For a young women just trying to deposit money I had saved with only nab bank I can in Ballarat. Im absolutely disgusted this lady made me feel very small and put a damper on my whole day. Tell your staff to be polite. Not coming back ever again..

Rude customer service woman, looking down on us over her glasses and all we wanted to do was open an account there. Brenda or something like that. The two guys just standing around in the front are a waste of peoples money. Stood in line for 20 minutes for something the door boys should know the answer to. 2 tellers and it took them 20 minutes each to serve the people in front of us. Obviously training employees isn't your speciality or having the right amount of staff for the right job.

What a horrible customer no service experience. Given to 3rd degree questioning routine within 3 feet of the front door and basically told I could do that online.

Disgusted to hear that my Aunt was vilified for using the banks services! When told by the branch manager she was taking too much of their precious time to do a transfer at the counter. And told to return home to do it online, yet she is in the branch for this very purpose, on the next visit it will be to close her accounts and move to a more compassionate establishment.
