        Switched across from Suncorp when we moved to ballarat. Nice having a branch locally and near work in the city. Managed to fix at 2% for three years, so have peace of mind as the rates are going up now. Service as always been great and nice to see all the sustainability initiatives they support.

      • Covid is Dangerous

        What's different about this bank? They are the Facebook of the banking world - information overload and most of it useless. They constantly spam and patronise customers. Almost daily useless emails from them, telling you how to calculate interest and other things that most people learned in primary school. And they just keep coming even after you've clicked unsubscribe. It's like being held hostage because you can't report it as spam or block their emails in case one day they send something that's actually important.
