        I assist my elderly mother while in this bank branch every month because she doesnt understand when she is given information by staff related to banking. Today I was told that I must not answer questions on her behalf even though she doesnt understand what the staff member was saying to her. I am my mothers caregiver and I will not let her be forced into something she doesnt want by pushy staff.

        No service, just expect you to use an atm with the process power of a calculator that has trouble doing its simple job of recognising bank notes. Not even a single bank teller pathetic.
