        Went in today to rollover our investment, 5 people behind the counter and westood there waiting, 1 eventually looked up told us to wait. Disgusting service, we decided to wothdraw our investment and go somewhere who hopefully has better customer service. Appalled.

        ATM was out of order, I walked around to the main door and staff totally ignored me, as I needed to get some urgent cash.

        Branch isn't too bad, unfortunately Bendigo Bank is a rip-off in terms of fees and despite all the marketing, is absolutely like one of the Big 4 banks. My advice? Go for a credit union instead. Banks are banks regardless of how they market themselves.
