Sahlil from front desk is a legend. His customer experience and support is phenomenal, he helped me with an early check in and a late check out he was also very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, my luggage was trapped in the meeting room as their key broke. Also, the hotel smells like food / cooking

We stayed at this hotel last week, to be honest wont stay again ,showers so small the water floods the bathroom, had to pay $25 per day for parking across the road ,no smart TV (old TV),don't expect to go for a swim in the pool so small ,cleaners do a good job with cleaning very clean room . Worst (supposedly) 4-star hotel Ive ever been to and I have travelled a lot for work. The place looks nothing like the photos on Google Maps. Room smelled like old cigarette smoke which left me coughing all night. The carpet and sheets were dirty (Google wouldnt post my review with a photo of the dirty sheets for some reason). The air con turns off randomly by itself and only cools on full blast. The blinds are ratty, the toilet doesnt flush very well. Theres no signage about whats complimentary or not nor price list for the mini bar. And theres only shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No soap bar or moisturiser or other amenities. The room, though spacious, is bleak with grey, unadorned walls except for one painting. Theres no overhead lighting which makes the whole place extremely dim, especially when trying to work. The power points are so low to the ground my wall adapters dont fit. Electrical switches are wobbly and feel unsafe. Walls are paper thin. I could hear every time my neighbours flushed their toilet. The only thing going for it is the staff who are friendly and helpful. But reception closes at 9pm on a weekday and I arrived late and had to get extra instructions for how to get in via a lockbox. This was not communicated to me when I booked and I almost missed the call from reception just as I was hopping on to the plane requesting I pre-check in to receive instructions on how to get in. I am glad I was only there for one night. I do not recommend this hotel.
