        Haven't had a such a great hotel service experience for while. Wanted to say special thanks to one of the front desk staff - Dhanuka. He really went out his way to assist my mum's disability shower issue. We couldnt have asked for better hosts! Your warmth and kindness and genuine hospitality were apparent throughout. Top-notched to Dhanuka. Central location, clean & tidy. What more do you want. Definitely a Disabled friendly hotel. High recommended. Alan

        I had a lovely stay at ibis and thankyou so much for the bottle of wine left for me for my birthday, buffet breakfast was so good and the location was great, so close to everything,will definitely stay again soon. Rooms: Rooms are modern and clean.

        great stay very freindly got a free drink room is realy nice a good wow factor the only thing is i use to enjoy there free movie channel was devestated dont happen any more some thing about you use your chrome on your phone for dummies like me i didnt get to see any new releases i was realy sad it wasnt just me i asked other people they were the same over all a great place to stay but for me i still like the old services they change things charge the same and tell you oh well sorry .its what people wanted well i didnt .
