RNR Rundle Mall

Had a deposit taken from my personal credit card the day I booked. Needed total paid by employer, and asked that when this was done (before arrival) the deposit be refunded to my credit card. No refund given - this happened last December. I have phoned and sent numerous emails. No response received. Absolute thieves! Rooms: Barely clean. So much noise from neighbours I had hardly any sleep.

Felt very uncomfortable being checked in by Ian in the foyer of a private building - the whole situation felt highly unprofessional. The rooms were tiny and the furniture was in need of repairs or replacement. No body wash, shampoo or conditioner was supplied for the showers. The location was convenient but the rooms were not very pleasant.

I did not stay here but had a booking with this establishment, the day after I made my booking I had to cancel my booking. I had free cancellation but the money had already been taken out of my account. When I contacted the property manger he was rude and said I had to wait 15 days for a refund. Even though they took my money out as soon as I made the booking.... Still no refund and just hangs up on the phone, they have 429.14 of my money.. They also charged me more then it was originally priced, which was 422.28!! Seriously who does this to people, reading all the other reviews sounds like I'm not the only one who has been done over by this place with my money!

Booked a room for my friends and I to stay in, had the full room cost and deposit deducted out of my account prior to the stay. Then, an hour prior to our check in time I received a message from RNR to cancel our booking due to maintenance issues. I then phoned the hotel and spoke to Ian who was extremely unhelpful and rude. He literally said Not my problem. When I asked for my refund and the deducted money to be returned into my account, he hung up on me and blocked my number. Terrible customer service and extremely unreliable. Do not book here!!!

I booked a room in January which they took out a night deposit. I had free cancellation. This was in late January. I phoned to ask for my refund the owner was very rude. And now not returning my calls. And I still don't have any refund. Beware Service : 5/1 More
