Rung for an appointment in the middle of a mental health crisis and I was laughed at and turned away by the receptionist.

Had a problem with my script. Gave them a call and they had my doctor on the phone to fix it almost straight away. Very reliable practice and great doctors

Not impressed at all forgot an appointment and they wanted to charge an extra $20 even though they make millions through Medicare I will never go back.
