The most dehumanising experience I have ever had a doctors office. Went in to see a female doctor for an issue she completely disregarded and instead berated me with irrelevant comments. I left the appointment almost in tears as she ushered me out the door. This feeling of rushing is illustrated through several typos in her poorly written referral. Its actually disgusting how you try to seek medical advice and are met with a medical professional who could not care less.

Finally found a GP I like! Dr Amir is very friendly, thorough, and feels like he really listens. Ive also seen Dr Rohan once, when Amir wasnt available at short notice and he was good too. The nurses are lovely and the receptionists are for the most part. I cant fault the service they provide, and bulk billed! Its hard to fit everything in such a tight appointment window, but I appreciate that they still bulk bill. Just the way things are these days. Not sure why theyre still enforcing masks though. I work in a public ED and we only wear them when clinically relevant these days, but oh well.

I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone staff are extremely rude stay clear of them also have t o wear masks in there

I have a medical exemption from wearing a mask so when I arrived for my appointment in March I was not allowed in but rudely told to sit outside in the sun. After about 30 minutes I could not bear the heat so went inside and told the receptionist that I would have to go home. I was put into a room on my own and the door was closed. About 15 minutes later (now running approx 45 minutes late) dr Sankara opened the door. There was no apology for keeping me waiting. She stood at the door not coming near me despite wearing her mask AND a plastic face shield. I was not ill but was simply wanting a prescription for melatonin! She reappeared a few minutes later handing me the script while keeping as much distance between us as possible. I was made to feel as though I was unclean and the whole experience has traumatised me. How can a doctor who lives in terror of healthy people not wearing masks help those who are actually sick?! I will NEVER set foot in this surgery ever again! It was a relief to go to the wonderful pharmacy next door and be treated with respect and compassion.
