Dr Anne Allery is an outstanding, kind and wonderful practitioner. Her quality of care, attentiveness, empathy, knowledge and determination to help her patients is astounding. She leaves you feeling taken care of and heard. She is the finest example of what a Doctor should be. Thank you, Dr Anne. You are simply the best.

Honestly the worst experience. After persevering for 6+ months through un-notified cancelled appts, mis-diagnoses, late appointments & medical receptionists unable to lodge Medicare claims, I found some hope in a locum Dr who attended the practice a day a week. When she left the practice after ordering a host of specialist & pathology tests for me - I was told I couldnt be seen by any other Dr as their books are closed to new patients despite the fact I had been seen by multiple practice Drs over a 9 month period. When enquiring what I would do then about the multiple reports & results that had been sent to them - the receptionist very reluctantly arranged an appt for me with a different doctor to get my results. Shockingly bad customer care. Itll be my last appointment.
