Very unimpressed with Tina the elderly lady at the reception , her attitude is abrupt and argumentative Rather than arguing with a patient over an error on your end its best to be polite and listen to patient/ client.. The doctors are GREAT and the place is very clean but Tina your attitude is appalling ,your representing this practice and it doesnt look good on the entire team RESPECT POLITENESS AND PATIENCE is what you lack

Doctors are great, but new receptionists are rude, impatient and just unprofessional. Had appointment for 11:45am waited until 1:45pm because the receptionist put me down as did not attend, won't be coming back purely for the receptionists.

Disgusting service and attitude from the OLD LADY ON RECEPTION. Completely degrades you and speaks to you like your dirt on her shoe. The doctors however are lovely. Its a shame you see her face as soon as you walk in definitely not a good look or attitude and image front for a medical practice.

I struggled to find a good doctor and gp since arriving in Aus 2019 and been to Donna Armstrong ever since, I now live in Brisbane but when needing any medical help - I go to Gold Coast. Dr Armstrong is understanding and extremely professional. No doubt the best one I've had, that includes in and outside Australia. My 2 kids and I go there. 100% recommend
