Dr Tai is my familys GP for almost a year now and she has been consistently great. Knowledgeable, caring and has brilliant interpersonal skills. Maria is very helpful, kind and makes everyone welcome in the clinic. Congratulations to One Medical for providing a high quality service in primary care. I highly recommend this GP clinic for everyone.

I had the pleasure of visiting One Medical Clinic on the Gold Coast and seeing Dr. Shayan for a medical appointment, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First of all, the clinic's receptionist, Mariam, is an absolute sweetheart. She greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Her professionalism and friendliness set the tone for the entire visit. Then, Dr. Shayan herself was simply amazing. Her knowledge, expertise, and bedside manner are truly top-notch. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions thoroughly. I felt heard and understood, and that meant a lot to me. Dr. Shayan is not only an excellent doctor but also a kind and compassionate human being. She truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure their well-being. Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. Shayan and One Medical Clinic highly enough. If you're looking for a GP who truly cares about you and your health, look no further. Dr. Shayan and her team are the best on the Gold Coast, and you won't regret choosing them as your healthcare providers.

Dr. Shayan is an exceptional physician who truly cares about her patients. Her dedication to providing the best possible care is evident in every interaction, and her expertise in the medical field is second to none. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was struck by Dr. Shayan's warmth and kindness. She took the time to listen to my concerns and asked thoughtful questions to better understand my medical history. Her approach was thorough and compassionate, and I felt at ease knowing that I was in good hands. During my visit, Dr. Shayan explained my condition and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. She took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me with the information I needed to make informed decisions about my health. Dr. Shayan is what doctors everywhere should strive to be like, knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and loving. Don't let her young looks fool you. She is extremely knowledgeable and competent, just as you would expect in a medical professional. Medicine and health care, in my opinion, is not all about how much you know. It's also about how much you truly care about your patients. How compassionate and patient you are with them, and, a whole lot more. Dr. Shayan honestly meets all these criteria and much more. My wife and I have now switched to her as our family GP and we couldn't be happier. She treats us, and from what I've heard from others, all her patients, like family. Her gentle and impeccable manners and caring character come through from the very first consultation. I only wish that she had opened her private practice sooner. Dr. Shayan, please keep up the great work that you are doing. You are a godsend to the Gold Coast Community.
