Ive been waiting for 15-20 minutes, which is a reasonable waiting time. (It was around 2am) Childrens Unit - staffs are friendly and very clean.

Went in with broken ribs and abdominal trauma on a very busy afternoon. All staff from front desk, nurses to Drs Professional and very friendly

A 7 hour wait is not good enough especially when they wanted to take you in by ambulance
