Sydney Hospital and Sydney Eye Hospital : Emergency Room

Went to check on making an appointment even though it states a 24 hour open period, just wanted to get procedure receptionist was very sharp before I had even finished trying to get info I needed I was told to stop talking as I would have to repeat it all again put in hold for short time then got told doctor or optometrist should have emailed it faxed the referral and told me so as well. Again trying to ask another simple question got told "I'm only the receptionist this is the fax number". We all have bad days at times but the lady needs to get her act together and respond in a polite and respectful manner.

No doctors available between midnight and 8.30am!! Online the hospital emergency is advertised as 24hrs. Only a nurse is there during these time. Optometrist referred me onto Sydney Eye Hospital in case I woke in the middle of the night with intense pain from eye infection. Arrived at 3.30am to be told no doctors until 8.30am. Three people had already been waiting hours so was told to go home, come back later in the morning and take panadol.

Can someone from NSW health contact me please, I have a disability and was discriminated against by the attending doctor in emergency. I wish to make a formal complaint to be publicly documented on the record for this hospital.
