I'm in Phuket & have Covid. Female, Doctor & Nurse came to my Resort & treated me. Within a couple of hours, I was feeling 80% better. Not to mention, just how lovely they were. In 2022 I got Covid & was taken to Hospital by ambulance, to Wollongong Emergency Department. It was just terrible. They locked me in a room & given no fluids, wasn't allowed to go to the toilet until they were ready & they treated me like a criminal. My Daughter has also had a few terrible experiences in the Emergency Department, with extremely rude nurses. If you don't like your job, don't do it.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Ive been waiting in ER for over 8 hours, no developments on progress either. Embarrassing behaviour.

The WORST ER. Waited with my mother for 8 hours only to be told that the doctors that could deliver her CT results had gone home for the night and that she would have to stay in a bed there for the night. I left the hospital expecting her to be checked in and placed in her own bed. At 1am she asked where her bed was when they decided to giver her her results and the all clear to go home, leaving her stranded at 1am waiting for a taxi home. Ridiculous. Little to no Communication. Low staff.

The worst hospital ER - I was in extreme pain - couldn't sit back on the chair and was left to sit up straight for 8 HOURS! Over night. At 6AM I had finally had enough of waiting to see the doctor and had to leave - unchecked - to see to my Dog in my van, he needed a wee. I am absolutely DISGUSTED at this treatment. The beds were empty in the treatment rooms (where an RN with a cold, bad attitude gave me some Panadol and Neurofen) and they were just recycling the same patients through 5/6 times. Everyone else left to wait sitting in the waiting room, some for 9 hours! Terrible work ethics! Terrible attitudes. They should be ashamed of themselves! You need to look at how many people are giving you one star reviews.. says it all. One star is too much.
