        I may have left my atm card in the machine last night. I called St Georges central number who were immensely helpful and placed a temporary hold o. The card as well as giving me a direct number to the branch. I have ring 3 times today to check. It goes to voice mail, claiming to be eager to hear their customers concerns and telling you to leave a message. 3 messages over seven hours later Ive got nothing! Clearly no one is checking voice mail. I rang the 130000 number and again a lovely person said shed send a direct email to them to ring me back URGENTLY. 90 minutes later with the branch closing in 15 minutes NOTHING! Appalling service. Its my card. I just need a yes or no. If I could give no stars I would

        Worst customer service in the world!!! I just went to this branch to do ID verification for mortgage refinance and I was advised I only need my driver licence for that. The banks apexialist wasnot interested to do the Job as it was 30 min before she finishes for the day!!!I was advised with her that I need another ID and I need to book again and she also advised I need to print consent form out of the bank as She cannot print on the bank. When I called bank I was advised that ID verification inly needs 1 ID. Then I wasted 3 hours of my time on St George Castle hill to do nothing only because the banker didn't want to the job or didn't have enough training to do do job!!!
