        You people should be ashamed ..I put my ANZ card into the ATM then nothing..finally after calling for assitance I asked for my card to be returned ..a big fat NO .. I was told to go to ANZ and get another card issued.. that caused me to miss a critical medical appointment..For God's sake people if the machine isn't working either turn it off or put a sign on it .. Useless people and equally useless branch... hold your head in shame.....all of you.....

        I've been there in person 3 or 4 times to speak to any Staff member. On every single occasion, they have been extremely knowledgeable with my query, who they need to contact, or what I must do or provide to complete my Customer query or request. Far and away the best service I have ever had from any Bank before, and I am now 50 years old, and have Banked with 3 or 4 different Banking Companies. I cannot recommend Westpac any higher! BRILLIANT!
