ANZ Branch Castle Hill

Classic example of a branch going down the drain just like the bank itself. Our family is slowly withdrawing and closing all accounts with them as this bank operates more or less like a corporate pit. You will have the most difficult time dealing with the staff but they will never forget to charge you a worthless $5 every month calling it an account servicing fee. Move your money and banking just like we did to avoid future dramas.

Many of my friends in financial services rate the ANZ as Australia's best bank. I wouldn't argue. In general the bank has been extremely helpful to me. And, in particular, the Castle Hill branch, whose staff have always been courteous and efficient in these testing times and my 13 years with them. Indeed, an experienced front-line member in the busy branch, Jenny, is always ready with a smile and solution.

need go the branch to get a piece of statement, staff had not good attitude, got all different excuses to turn me away, not help at all. Dont understand how their branch culture, dont understand the attitude can still survive for many years in such bad reviews.
