Horrible customer experience in this branch, went in the store today to enquire and Apply for a card that I heard about. After being avoided I had to go and ask for assistance. I was told that the card doesnt exist and theres nothing like that indicating that I was stupid or something. Went into the website and there the card was. Felt embarrassed to go and ask again as I wanted the terms and conditions of the card which were not on the website but after the staff walked away from me I had to leave. Very disappointed

Ive had similar treatment with the other guys here. I had account with HSBC, closed them half year ago just so I can consolidate my accounts. But Im planning to open account again to use as daily card, the lady seems to be branch manager, asked lots of questions and leads to her saying if you closed account half year ago, reopen it now and close again, whats the point of open it. I was like .. regardless how did she Im going to close it, how can anyone serve customer like this? Like if youre going to take number 2, might as well not eat your lunch lady.

very rude staff.We went to the bank at 3:30 to open a new account.They said open a new account has to booking .How lazy are they?Its almost the end of the day.They just dont want to work.
