      • The Fair Reviewer Food, Beverage and Service

        This place gets 5 stars for staff, location and cleanliness! We are staying again this weekend and will take photos and do another review as we had a breakfast complaint and after the staff reached out, we are going to give it another go! Unfortunately, we have to spend another $300+ dollars but we going to have a family weekend and see if the conditions of the breakfast have improved. Rooms: THE CLEANLINESS IS INCREDIBLE!

        Nice and fresh new hotel located right in the city CBD off the North Terrace. Lobby and reception is located at floor 10 so you have to take elevator when you arrive in the building. Also there is tricky drop off or pickup if you arrive by car at Tavistock. Plus is swimming pool and very close location to everywhere - restaurants, University, Lot 14, botanical gardens. Next to reception at floor 10 there is restaurant which opens at 6pm for dinner and bar.
