Dr Erica Jacobson

Super disappointing. Dr Jacobson fit us in quickly after a difficult birth and saved us a trip to Sydney with a newborn with a fractured skull. Unfortunately her office gave us the wrong info and she couldn't access the imaging or provide any input when seeing us. She took the imaging away to review in Sydney but never followed through. Been chasing her for 4 weeks now and still no update on this. Seems like a complete waste of time and money in a stressful time.

No words to describe this wonderful superwoman! Absolutely amazing! Dr Jacobson was on the go and knew what she wanted to do and reassured me that she knows her stuff. I trusted her to do my daughters first every surgery and I will forever be grateful! She is humble and such has a beautiful personality that shines right through, you cant help but trust her. She took the time to listen and comfort me and her precision of work is amazing! Hands down god blessed us with the best neurosurgeon. Dr Jacobson all the way, you cant get any better than her!
