        I didnt feel welcomed or cared for by the reception staff. They were very short with me in every interaction and didnt really answer my questions just refereed to email file attachments they would send me. Based on the nature of a visit to a breast specialist, one would expect a bit of care or sensitivity. I decided to not follow through with my appointment here after a few interactions with reception.
