Dr. Robert Mundell

Dismissive, condescending and rude. Disregarded my concerns with a chronic issue. Reluctant to give referral for mri asking what benefit it was to me?! Couldnt even get my birthdate right on all documentation. And now refusing to give referral to a specialist. I only visit a doctor if I feel something is seriously wrong and I left feeling none the wiser after being numb on one side of my body the day prior. I got a second opinion with a private doctor and now have a referral, as well as a mri and nerve blocking injection booked in the next week. Dont bother unless you need some scripts. I wont be visiting again.

Our family have been seeing Dr Mundell for years. He is amazing, caring and extremely professional. Highly recommended.

Dismissive, condescending and rude. His Bullying behaviour left me in tears when i asked for more information about my menopause, asked for blood test to check my hormones state as i still have so many symptoms that are making my my day to day very difficult. After some condescending statements about menopause, he screamed at me saying that medicare would not cover it! and that i should just put up with it as an aging woman. After he made me cry in his office, he pulled my arm to check my blood pressure and seeing that it was high, he said oh I've upset you...just calm down. I was in shock and couldn't believe what was happening and what i was hearing I could not stop crying and just walked out of his office. He is a horrible man and hope that someone has the energy to disclose his behaviour.
