        Tellers are lazy and too slow. They are more happy to have personal conversations and not serve customers. This branch needs a complete overhaul of staff.

        Angela at Commonwealth Bank Watergardens is completely incompetent. She put 2 mortgages on my partners loan application resulting in him being declined. Then proceeded to keep pushing a home loan with CBA when he said no several times. Now we have to get another bank to sort out her stuff up. Complete waste of time! Their mortgage brokers are also useless! Don't even bother!

        A big shout out to our Lender Mark Corbett! Was very professional and helpful throughout our whole experience, always attentive to our emails and messages and made Settlement day very smooth and stress free for us! Thank you very much Mark!
