No professional customer service Gotta have a better way to ditch customers at closing time

Appalling service. Waited for a long time in a queue with people coughing and sneezing and clearly very sick. Get to the front and am told I have to make an appointment to open a term deposit (even though I am already a customer and waited so long). Only time was school pick up time. Um, that is why I came in, in in the morning. Can't do then! So have to come get a park and go through it all again the following day. Seriously thinking of moving all remaining accounts to Bendigo Bank - amazing service there. Don't blame the staff, blame the managers who think this is good business and they are saving money rather than putting people off opening accounts and making them want to go to another bank.

I cannot believe that there is no customer teller service on a Saturday. There is nowhere on your webpage on a Google search that mentions you no longer provide a human service on Saturday. It only mentions your operating hours. Commons sense should prevail to maybe mention this on your web page. Also why would you have all those workers at the bank on a Saturday if you are cost cutting by not operating teller service?

These incompetent staff here lost my Home Loan documents which they supposed to send it to head office. Pathetic, Disgusting & absolutely useless service. I had to do all paperwork again and send it by post. Screw you guys.

Awful customer service, Westpac Watergardens. I went in asking about withdrawing some money from a teller, I was told curtly and rudely that they don't do that and haven't done for 6 months, I explained I will try another bank and her exact words were "good luck trying to find that on a Saturday " Extremely rude customer service and definitely some training is needed, by the way I did get help from another bank and will be leaving Westpac.
