Bankwest

Bankwest website and Google shows open on Saturdays. Drove 30mins to find out the store is no longer open on weekends. All because Bankwest can't resolve my issue over the phone. This company is useless and have closed down all their stores.

Worst experience, staff member Shane Shows no compassion or empathy when the customer is frustrated immediately gets on the defence and take that as a personal attack when all youre doing is expressing your frustration with the company he represents

Had an appointment with S.Dalvi in regards to our home loan, wanting to change to fixed interest. She spoke to me at the teller reception not in a private room so everyone was listening to my issue of wanting to change my loan. There was no privacy at all I was abit stunned on how the situation was handled as I was asking personal questions about our loan in front of other customers. Furthermore, she explained that someone would contact me within 5-7 working days to confirm my fixed interest rate, however it has been 3 weeks and still no one has contacted us. I was also told that the rate she has quoted us is not locked in and can change within the 5-7 days of being contacted. However I just spoke to Bankwest customer service over the phone to find out that no action was taken in regards to my home loan and wasted 3 weeks waiting for nothing. Really not happy with the situation at all.
