A friend of mine used Briggins a few years back for his wedding tuxedo, and the final product looked so good I decided to use them also. The entire experience / process, was so much easier than I expected it would be. Fiona and team were fantastic from my first visit - to last minute alterations & pick up. They went above and beyond at the start to try and accomodate questions I had with fittings and different combinations and colours. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process which Ive found rare with vendors and suppliers throughout the wedding experience. Upon collection and final fitting I had some very minor (and probably unnecessary) alterations I wanted done which probably would have been annoying, but they listened & did it while I waited so I could bring home the wedding tux the same day rather than having to wait longer and go back another time. Not one to leave reviews but Fiona went out of her way at all stages & is excellent at what she does, is addition to making the experience an enjoyable one. Would highly recommend using Fiona and the Briggins team, they are excellent.
