        Wandered the store with my wife who was trying on various items and handbags for around 20 minutes as did 10-12 other customers. No customer in the store was approached by the 5 staff as they were all gathered around another staff member who was trying on a jacket for herself. I did tell the eldest of the staff when leaving that we were there to buy as were other customers trying on clothes but nobody including her seemed interested to help so we hit the road. Not the Country Road.
