Frank was very helpful helping us pick out a suit, took measurements, wasn't pushy in getting us to buy anything quickly, actually cared about what we thought about the suit, great customer service, 10/10.

My partner and I went in On friday the 16th of September to buy him two suits. We went in very willing to purchase and spend money there however didnt on principle. The main gentleman who helped us was arrogant, rude and condescending. My partner tried on a few suits that he genuinely wanted to buy however we both agreed that there was no way this man was getting a sale off us. He was abrupt and spoke down to us and acted like we shouldnt have been in the store. Funnily enough talking to some friends about the awful experience and they both new who we were talking about and had been in the store and also refused to buy suits despite wanting to because of the service. Very disappointing and PJ are missing out on sales because of how rude he is to customers.
