Friendly Staff, Moderate Prices Went in there looking for some jewellery to suit a dress and shoes for an upcoming event. Staff members were more than happy to assist with recommendations which was extremely appreciated. I only wish that the prices werent so expensive, specifically when youre bing stuff that isnt sterling.

I love their jewelry, they are amazing and affordable ( when on sale ). But the employment process sucks, firstly you apply with a video , which took so long from me to film. Then i got an interview offer from 3 of their stores, one of which is eastland . In the message it said to reply whether i accept the interview or not, and what time ASAP , i did , and they have left me on delivered for 2 months . Later, i sent a message asking if the job is still available , and still no reply. SO DISAPPOINTING AND DISRESPECTFUL !!!!! at least sent a message or email informing wether the interview is still available. it is an unethical way , to treat someone who had a passion for joining your team. It would have only took 2 secs from you to improve your stores reputation , i am never shopping there again

This store is perfectly set up with great jewellery and staff especially Makayla who is an awesome asset to Lovisa. Highly recommend

Such helpful staff at both their stores in Eastland. They tried their best to help me find that pair of gold bee earrings I wanted but they were unavailable. Fortunately, I found something just as good. Everything here is affordable, cute, and of reasonable quality. The jewellery here is also good for my sensitive skin, and I haven't gotten any flare-ups with anything I've bought.
