        I went into the shop at Eastland. I walked around quite a bit of the store to find what I wanted. Of the four staff, it took quite a few minutes before anyone asked me if they could help. I have just tried the earrings and they dont fit well. I might consider taking them back.

        We had great customer service, definitely can not fault that. Everyone we dealt with was lovely, however we've had to return the 2 pieces of jewellery we purchased twice to be repaired or replaced after only purchasing 4 weeks prior. The 3rd time we received a refund. Quality control definitely not there.
