        Cold and oppressive atmosphere as soon as me and the missus entered the store. 3 staff on duty with an empty store and our presence seemed like a nuisance than as a welcome customer. After a few solid minutes of interest in silver items behind the desk we finally got a staff members attention but by then it was too late. Proud Jewellers? More like Proud C***s.

        I bought an item from the window sale, advertised in the window as half price, $114 down from $230 then to be told at the counter that someone has written the price wrong on the ticket and charged be $150. Apparently Prouds policy to get people in the door and to the till
