Dr Chantel is like a bright light in a gloomy room. I am grateful for her thorough care and dedication to her patients. She is a skilled surgeon, extremely knowledgeable, warm, compassionate, and very funny! Thank you for looking after me.

I had surgery for breast cancer with Chantel in July 2022 and I cant speak highly enough of her. She is kind, listens to everything you have to say, is extremely thorough and very responsive. Her surgical skills are amazing - since my surgery, a number of medical specialists have looked at my incision sites and all have commented on how good they look. One specialist couldnt even see that there had been more than one incision until I pointed it out to her - it is virtually invisible and that is only three months after surgery. As for Chantels breast care nurses, they are complete angels. Like Chantel, they are kind, responsive and very switched on. I felt completely safe and cared for by these beautiful women. Im so grateful to have found Chantel. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone requiring surgery for breast cancer.

Dr Chantel Thornton took care of my mum who was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Within 30 hours of contacting her office my mum had a consult with Chantelle . Who put her at ease and helped make it easier for mum to deal with her Unfortunate disease. A truly compassionate Human with excellent approach to Distressed women dealing with cancer . Her post Operative care and follow up was amazing with her office booking all scans regularly and reminders sent for follow up check ups . If only all surgeons had time for patients like Dr Thornton at Breast Cancer Surgery Richmond . Its so distressing dealing with the Cancer word. Dr Thornton snd her staff were amazing through this difficult journey .

Amazing doctor with great follow up. She is so friendly and approachable. Her positive energy lights up all patient s in her rooms. Also great nurses and great admin team. Couldnt recommend her enough Thanks Dr Thornton you are a life saver- literally
