Firstly, reception has been very helpful along the way to my first appointment. I was running late and was given assurances. Thank you. Mr James is a gentleman. Aside from his clear skills, the empathy and support shown to a nervous patient was exemplary. Very pleased with Mr. David James' experience. He helped me with the issue going on at the time and also referred me to TMJ . A physio place specialising in tight jaw and neck muscles. Where I was having referred pain to my ear. Great help.

Would not recommend this particular Doctor, Not because of his particular skills, ability, or actual talent . But, Because of the truly inappropriate level of impatience, unprofessionalism, and rudeness demonstrated by the receptionist. If you require empathy, patiences, and respect the front desk is not the place to find it, I really hope that Doctor. James understands his patients deserve to be treated with respect, and that his receptionist needs a reminder that her role includes demonstrating a certain level of customer service. What a shame, That i never got passed the receptionist.
