        It is frustrating to receive a call (two months after I submitted the application) from an unknown number with no caller ID, only to miss it and be left with a vague message that my application would be closed. To add insult to injury, the caller didn't leave any contact details or offer an explanation for their decision. They intentionally disrupt your application process and force you to start all over again. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. This USELESS agency needs to be removed. Taxpayer funds should be allocated towards programs that effectively serve the people.

        I have never been to this authority, but one needs to try the process before moving onto VCAT. Yes it is time consuming, no enforcement, no teeth, however, it must be tried.
