The Health Complaints Commissioner isn't professional organization. Her managers are irresponsible, lazy people. Mellissa Roma, Erica De La Harpe couldn't resolve my complaint with the Cabrini Hospital. They copied reply of Cabrini Hospital to me without doing anything to the point. My complaint considered almost a year by them. Its just a shame! Their superior organization is the Ombudsmen VIC. Both of them organizations are situated in CBD in the same building. I don't advise anyone to do business with these organizations. I am going to submit my proposals to the Vic Government on the liquidation of both these organizations in their current form or about their restructuring.

God luck even getting a response, let alone getting them to do anything or take any complaints seriously.

I am confused...so if a Doctor refuses to add all details you can't use the complaint form. I wanted to inform you of a serious helth privacy breach that effectst hundreds of people in geelong. I guess I will call you. About doctor Peter foxes surgery.

The health commissioner delayed a year before looking at the case. 6 months in they gave a call saying their calling clients to close cases because there is a backlog. A year later the health Commission spent all the case trying to close it and did without action. I did feedback and when I got a call back the feedback officer said it's ok for medical centres to charge Medicare and make private claims long after they had bulk billed, which the health department said it's not legal at the start. This is crazy, someone is getting money under the table As soon as the found that the Doctors and Clinic might be at fault. They tried to pass the buck to another department. And when I asked why they werent taking the complaint seriously, the resolution manager made excuses for the staff. Nothing was done

APPALLING SERVICE MINUS 1000 STARS OMG this seems to be a waste of time and effort for me. Lodged my complaint on the 8th Feb 2022 and as yet have had no verification that they are even going to investigate what happened to me. Both of my lips were severly burned and the place of business is still continuing to do this same procedure. What is it going to take to protect the public I ask? One star is too many, minus 5 stars would be more reasonable. HCC should be closed down as it is a waste of taxpayers dollars. It is now the 15th July and still no outcome, almost 5 months since lodging my claim. How can this department get away with this poor service? LODGED MY COMPLAINT IN FEB 2022 AND STILL HAVE NO RESULT IN JAN 2023????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
