I renewed my passport at the Consulate in Melbourne today. What a pleasant experience and an examplar of Malaysia Boleh. In and out in 10 minutes. Very impressed by the courteous, pleasant and efficient staff. Their state of the art equipment bodes well for Malaysia's digital ambitions. I also appreciated the kindness extended to me as a senior. Well done, Malaysia.

I went to the consulate in May 2023 to renew my passport without realising I have to make a booking online first. However the staff were so helpful and did my renewal despite the crowd at the place, perhaps because I am a senior!
