I got excellent service at the consulate General office today as I went today for an emergency service . I got quick response and lot of help from office especially Shiv helped me a lot. He was very kind and helpful. Excellent customer service.

I highly appreciate the support and help done by the whole team at the consulate general of India Melbourne. My father noticed that his passport was expired on the day of the returning flight back to India. we left the msg and email to Consulate General of Indias office for urgent help, They follow up and even gave a back call to me about to sort this issue on priority and within a day They issued the emergency Travel document for my dad to return back to the home county. Thank you so much for your excellent service.
