Very busy afternoon today thursday 25/5 , only one teller on, had to wait 20 mins but, I was served promptly

Always fast and polite service

worst customer service ever. Had to wait for 1 hour just for verification of id, understaffed

Actually a normal bank open during normal hours with ATMs open 24 hrs.
