The staff is unbelievably rude and not helping at all and he even ignores customers if he doesn't willing to help. Worse experience in an AUSPOST ever.

Convenient and open 24/7 so you can get your parcels anytime. Its locked up at night but you'll get a code to enter so everything is very safe

Very uncomfortable front desk staff with no customer service etiquette and lot of stares, even if you are minding your own business and wants only a cup of coffee...
