Terrible service and super rude manager. I came to send of my phone for service due to phone error and the manager not even have skills in IT came to the conclusion that the phone is damaged because i dropped it. After 2 weeks I got messages to get my phone back and told to wait for dealer to contact me for phone pick up since last weeks and promise within 2 business days. It has been a week, I called and the trainee picked up the phone call and said she doesnt have experience in dealing with this and need to ask manager. Again promise to call me back within 30 minutes, and I ended up wait 1 hour. I called them and staff said manager already went home??? First time ever in my life I have to deal with such a TERRIBLE service and rude manager. It is a big disappointment of Optus for me. BIG ADVICE: Just dont go to this store.

The service Optus Pause is advertised on posters in the store. This service has not worked for me for over two months. The Unley store told me to go to the Rundle Street store as they have more experienced staff and sometimes technical staff. The staff member who served me in the Rundle Street store told me they did not have technical support and did not want to have anything to do with me. He could not tell me how to solve the problem and I was forced to ring the technical phone number again. After being on hold for one hour while in the store, I was given a technical number to go home with for my technical fault. I went to say that I was going home and could he please let the Unley store know they have know technical support so that nobody else wasted their time like me. He was with two customers who had been in the store for 20min. I had been there an hour and a half. I was told cant you see Im busy. I still have not got a solution as to why Optus Pause does not work even though it is advertised as a service in your stores.
