Excellent service by Bec and Aleesha. As a landlord, communication with the property manager is what I value the most. Bec and Aleesha replied to all my queries quickly and sorted out all issues in a timely manner. Recently went through the process of renting out the property. Renting out the property was fast and easy through Western Edge. Bec and Aleesha went above and beyond with thier assistance finding the right tenant. I have multiple investment properties which I manage through property managers, I found Bec is easy to communicate with and very understanding . Bec gives attention to details when she conduct/prepare entry/exit report which is a peace of mind for me as a landlord.
