Extremely Unprofessional property management. It is even worse to communicate with their manager Twyla Sullivan. They even did not asked the tenant to sign the Entry Condition report. They didnt send or mentioned to me about the Entry Condition report before the tenancy started so I did not know the tenant didnt sign the document until the tenant is going to move out. They only sent me the GTA. I have agreed their proposed rent . However, in tenant signed GTA they wrote lower price without informing me in advance. I was too busy to check the GTA carefully, so it was too late when I realized the rent price was changed by the agent. They offered the lower rent to the tenant unauthorized by me. Somehow I should check the GTA carefully. Therefore, for the lower rent issue, I did not blame them. However, I would like to remind landlords to be carefully check the documents they provided to you. It may not the same as they discussed with you before. Every time, when I have problems to discuss with them. They only emphasized that how professional and experienced property managers they are. In fact, they did not help at all. All I can got is excuses. Maybe because I am in overseas, its hard for me to monitor the real situation by myself. Their attitude and service were very poor and always put the blame on others. Like they are too professional to make any mistakes.
